Near Saguaro Lake and on the banks of the Salt River, Saguaro Lake Ranch Resort and Stables sits nestled in the riparian vegetation of the river. The resort offers cabins, horseback rides, hiking, Salt River rafting and inner tubing, restaurant, and barbecues. The facility has been in operation since 1930.

Guided horseback rides venture into the Tonto National forest and offer stunning views of Saguaro Lake. Rides vary from one hour to all day. Open seven days a week. Call for reservations and information.
