Out of Africa Wildlife Park You definitely will not want to miss Out of Africa
while in Fountain Hills. The public has a unique opportunity to experience
some of the most exciting and entertaining wildlife shows around. The
unrehearsed shows offer a glimpse into the life and habitat of big cats.
One such show, the popular "Tiger Splash" brings cats into
the water to swim and play with toys and experienced Out of Africa staff.
The cats decide the activities, making the show much more spontaneous. Participation and public interaction is a popular amenity when experiencing other shows such as Creature Feature, Giant Python/Reptile Show, Wildlife Safari, Animals in Action, and Big Cat Feeding. Be sure to visit the Mombasa Gift Shop, Nature's Mercantile, Kalahari Cafe, Snack Shack, Botanical Gardens, and the Playground while you are there, too. Take Shea Boulevard to Highway 87 (Beeline Highway). At the stoplight turn left. Travel east on 87 to Fort McDowell Road. At the stoplight turn right and follow the signs to the parking area.
For a little extra excitement experience the park in the evening. The big cats are instinctively predatory at night. Schedule an evening at Out of Africa with dinner and entertainment. Meals are served from 6p.m. to 7:15p.m. Out of Africa
