Fountain Hills Community Theater Rapidly growing in popularity, the Fountain Hills Community Theater offers year-round cultural opportunities. The theater group has been presenting locally for 14 straight seasons with quality productions. Operated by a panel of annually elected board of directors, the theater plays a prominent roll in the community. Summer programs offer Performing Arts Camps for local youth. In-season production schedules generally include three musicals and two plays. The group also hosts Children's Theater productions. The nonprofit Theater is funded through box office tickets, season ticket holders, corporate and municipal donors, and a new organization called the Friends of the Community Theater. Friends is comprised of individuals and businesses that see how the organization culturally benefits the community.
The award winning Fountain Hills Community Theater always encourages the local community to audition for productions. Announcements for auditions are generally announced one to two months in advance of the scheduled presentation. For further information about the Fountain Hills Community
