Fountain Hills Voters will once again go to the polls this week to decide on two Propositions and elect one candidate for the remaining Town Council seat.

Proposition 400 is an expenditure limit increase which if approved would increase the state imposed expenditure limitation. Proposition 401 is a replacement tax. If approved the tax would provide funding for fire protection and emergency medical services for all Town residents formerly provided by the Fountain Hills Fire District.

Also on the ballot is the runoff election for the one remaining Town Council seat. The two candidates are Bruce Hansen and Kathleen Nicola.
