Students Wanted: 2002/2003 School Season Gets Underway

It's that time of year again, but this year is quite different than the last. Most importantly, the new Fountain Hills Middle School campus will open its doors. The site, constructed on state trust land, is located on McDowell Mountain Road.

In previous years the Middle School shared the High School campus at the corner of Golden Eagle and Palisades Boulevards. With the new Middle School campus open, the High School will now have the needed room to expand.

The Fountain Hills Middle School will welcome students for the first time on August 9 for a "meet your teacher" gathering. The first official day of school is scheduled for August 12. This will be a half day starting at 7:45am.

August 19, parents are invited to follow an abbreviated class schedule for their children. That event begins at 6:00pm and continues until 8:00pm.
