Fountain Hills has a diverse population of families, retired seniors, and individuals who have come to the community looking for a quality small town lifestyle. There are plenty of ways to get involved in Fountain Hills and get to know fellow citizens. Ask just about any resident about the friendliness of neighbors, caring of local officials and dignitaries, as well as the smiles found on faces at retailers, and they are likely to offer positive experiences. In fact, some tell stories that before living in Fountain Hills they never even had the opportunity to speak with neighbors in past cities in which they lived. Once here, though, that all changed with neighborhood block parties and community gatherings.

Fountain Hills' events and social gatherings do not leave anybody out. A diverse calendar of events and social gatherings for residents of all ages keeps the community socially active.
