A 'brake' in the rain.

In late February, nature unleashed yet another winter storm that drenched Metropolitan Phoenix with a sizable amount of rainfall that flooded washes in the area. This photo shows automobiles navigating a flooded wash near the intersection of Fountain Hills Boulevard and Fayette.
