Waterways:
Bear Canyon Lake
Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest

This beautiful, crystal clear lake is one of the finest lakes on the Mogollon Rim. Access to the lake is via FR 300, the Old Rim Road. This road is graded gravel making it much less used than Woods Canyon Lake. There is a boat ramp at the lake for small boats. A hiking trail leaves from the parking area down to the lake for those without boats.

Ponderosa Pines line the crystal clear Bear Canyon Lake.
