Knoll Lake
Coconino National Forest

This secluded forest lake is surrounded by dense groves of ponderosa pine and features a picturesque island in the middle. A scenic setting for fishing, canoeing, and swimming, Knoll Lake is undisputedly one of the finest lakes on the rim. Fishing on this lake offers rainbow, brown, and brook trout. Nearby camping facilities make the lake a great weekend destination. Fewer visitors make there way to Knoll Lake due to the substantial distance of gravel road driving required to get there.
