Neighborhood Property Owners Association and The NPOA and NCOA are organizations dedicated to making local neighborhoods in Fountain Hills better places to live by promulgating and enforcing aesthetic and other development guidelines. The operation of the NPOA and NCOA is overseen by volunteer members of our community who are elected by the association members. To learn more about the history and background of the NPOA and NCOA or to find out if your lot or home falls under their jurisdiction, call their offices or visit their website listed below. Remember, membership in the NPOA/NCOA is not voluntary. If your lot or home is within their jurisdiction, you are a member and must follow the guidelines.
