The new 25,000 square-foot plaza located adjacent to Fountain Park saw new tenants move in during 2001. The new retail center is the first phase of a two part project. The second phase will add a two story, 26,000 square-foot building to the south of the existing structure that will consist of leased office space and a third building will occupy a 6,000 square-foot pad near the corner. The beautiful property adds just the right touch to the community's "first impression" with visitors to the landmark Fountain. Among other features, the facility offers dining and real estate services.
